Should you decide to return an item(s) for any reason, be it for refund, exchange or warranty, please contact us at: CustomerService@BunkBedsUnlimited.com. The item or items must be returned undamaged in sellable condition to Bunk Beds Unlimited and we will promptly refund the purchase price of the kit.

All returns need to have return merchandise authorization (RMA) from Bunk Beds Unlimited. Shipping charges must be prepaid. Please do not order and refuse delivery.  We incur a fee from the carrier for this and will pass it along to you. Any package that is returned as refused delivery will be subject to a $22.50 fee.
