This twin and trundle bed set
34 inches tall, by 42" wide (84" with trundle open), by 88" long. All of our trundle bed plans are designed to easily accommodate adult weight and quite a bit more. It uses widely available easy to obtain materials and two standard single size mattress but can be modified easily to hold extra long mattresses by lengthening the rails or an extra long will fit in the top bed after removing the bookshelf. You can build this set even if you have little or no woodworking experience just using a circular saw, an electric drill, a power sander and a few hand tools. By purchasing our trundle bed, bunk bed, or loft bed plans you can build your own bed set saving hundreds of dollars and still have a good quality solid sturdy bed like those built by Bunk Beds Unlimited. With the hardware kit you get all of the necessary hardware to complete this trundle bed set. Including wooden handles and plugs, metal support cleats for the trundle and heavy-duty carpet casters.
